Actress Alison Brie has teamed up with HelloFresh, the popular meal kit delivery service, to introduce the "HelloFresh Supper Club." This initiative seeks to reignite the tradition of shared dining experiences, encouraging people to gather around the dinner table once more. The collaboration features an exclusive menu curated by Brie herself, offering subscribers convenient and flavorful options designed to bring people together over home-cooked meals.

The newly launched “HelloFresh Supper Club” focuses on inspiring individuals to reconnect through the simple act of sharing a meal. In an era where solitary dining is increasingly common, HelloFresh and Alison Brie aim to transform weeknight routines into meaningful occasions for connection and community. The program highlights the ease with which delicious and diverse meals can be prepared and enjoyed, fostering a sense of togetherness that many find lacking in modern life.

As part of this partnership, both new and existing HelloFresh subscribers can access a special dinner menu crafted by Alison Brie. This curated selection includes dishes that showcase bold, global flavors and culinary variety. Among the highlights are a rich Thai Coconut Curry Chicken, crispy spiced chickpeas served with pistachio rice and apricots, and a delectable Pepita-Crusted Salmon accompanied by a tomato-feta salad and harissa-roasted sweet potatoes. Each meal kit provides fresh ingredients, pre-portioned proteins, and all necessary seasonings, simplifying the cooking process for home chefs.

To further engage with fans and demonstrate the accessibility of these meals, Alison Brie will host a virtual supper club event. During this online gathering, Brie will cook some of her curated dishes alongside 100 fortunate participants, sharing tips and fostering a communal cooking atmosphere. This interactive experience underscores the initiative’s goal of making shared dining enjoyable and achievable for everyone, regardless of their culinary skill level or time constraints.

Brie expressed that the menu reflects her personal appreciation for diverse flavors and convenience. She emphasized that despite her demanding schedule, she prioritizes cooking and eating with loved ones. “I curated this new menu around dishes I genuinely love — bright Mediterranean flavors, warming spices and fresh ingredients that feel special, but come together easily on a weeknight,” Brie stated, highlighting the balance between gourmet taste and practical preparation.

Michelle Doll Olson, Senior Culinary Development Manager and Head Chef at HelloFresh US, echoed Brie’s sentiments, stating, “This program is designed to help people rediscover that joy of shared meals, and Alison Brie’s authentic love for gathering around the table – regardless of how busy life gets – makes her the ideal partner.” She noted that the initiative is not just about food, but about reinforcing connection and community at the dinner table. HelloFresh data indicates that while a significant number of young adults often eat alone, a large majority desire more shared meal experiences, a gap this partnership aims to bridge.

The HelloFresh x Alison Brie Supper Club menu is currently available for online ordering, with deliveries scheduled for the week of April 18–24. HelloFresh ensures that all ingredients are delivered in insulated packaging to maintain freshness, and easy-to-follow recipe cards guide users through every step of preparation. This collaboration promises to bring both culinary adventure and a renewed focus on communal dining to homes across the country, making wholesome and engaging meal times more accessible for everyone.
