In May, the European information technology sector experienced a remarkable surge in capital market engagements, accumulating a total of $3.73 billion in funding.

This substantial financial inflow marks a significant increase compared to prior periods, with April's total standing at $1.31 billion and the figure for May of the previous year at $374.7 million. A large portion of this capital, specifically $3.26 billion, was secured through debt offerings, while common equity offerings accounted for $466.8 million.
