Set against the backdrop of ancient megalithic stone formations on the scenic island of Sardinia, the film transports viewers to a post-apocalyptic future. Harvey Keitel embodies the character of Marpa, a spiritual mentor guiding Mila, a young girl portrayed by Isabelle Allen, who is driven by a quest for vengeance following her father's demise.
