In Resident Evil Requiem, players often find themselves disoriented within the intricate confines of the Care Center, especially when tasked with locating Victor's office as Leon. This crucial objective arises after Leon's escape from an intense interrogation by Victor Gideon in the attic. Unlike the previous segment where players controlled Grace, Leon's journey requires a precise understanding of the facility's layout. This guide aims to provide clear, step-by-step directions to ensure players can efficiently navigate the Care Center and successfully reach Victor's office, addressing the initial confusion that many encounter.

Victor's private workspace is situated on the uppermost floor of the Care Center. To confirm its location, players can consult their in-game map and cycle through the various levels. Although the office might appear blacked out on Grace's map, indicating its inaccessibility to her, it is indeed on the same level from which Leon made his escape from the attic. This indicates its significance in Leon's current mission and highlights the distinct paths taken by the two protagonists.

The journey to Victor's office begins from the area near the Cold Storage entrance in the West Wing. Players must ascend the main staircase located here, continuing upwards until they reach the top floor. At this point, a unique obstruction will block their path: a warped door. Only Leon, utilizing his hatchet, possesses the capability to force open this barrier. This route will necessitate traversing familiar areas such as the kitchen and the dining room, areas that Grace previously explored during her own infiltration of the West Wing. Should Leon still be within the Chairman's Office, the most direct path involves turning left into the Bar & Lounge area before proceeding to the aforementioned staircase.

While making your way through the West Wing as Leon, it is advisable to keep an eye out for any warped closets on both the first and second floors. These often contain valuable items. Specifically, the closet located in the Records Room on the first floor holds a Mr. Raccoon Memoriam, a collectible that can only be acquired during Leon's segment in this area. Missing this opportunity means losing the chance to collect it later. After securing any such items, continue your ascent up the stairs, break through the resilient door, and Victor's office will be directly accessible.

The pursuit of Victor's office serves as a pivotal moment in Resident Evil Requiem, transitioning players from Grace's perspective to Leon's and introducing new challenges within previously explored environments. By following the outlined path, players can efficiently reach their objective, uncover the secrets within Victor's domain, and progress further into the game's unfolding narrative.
