Nvidia is restricted from exercising the warrant or selling the underlying shares until September 11, 2026. This partnership aims to bolster Nebius's efforts to develop and deploy next-generation hyperscale cloud infrastructure for the burgeoning AI market, with plans to implement over 5 gigawatts of Nvidia systems by 2030.

Cracker Barrel's Strategic Asset Divestitures and Positive Outlook

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store (CBRL) announced on Monday a positive revision to its financial projections, expecting to meet or exceed its revenue targets and surpass its adjusted EBITDA outlook. The company's strategic moves include the completion of a sale-leaseback agreement for 26 stores, generating approximately $77 million in net proceeds, which will be utilized to reduce debt. Additionally, Cracker Barrel divested its Maple Street Biscuit Company business to Biscuit Belly. This sale encompasses the brand and assets of 35 locations, while the remaining 16 Maple Street locations will be closed. The company anticipates non-cash charges between $37 million and $39 million, and cash charges of $6 million to $8 million, related to these divestitures. Cracker Barrel had initially acquired Maple Street in 2019 for $36 million.

Samsung Unveils Galaxy Card to Challenge Apple in the U.S. Credit Card Market

Samsung (SSNLF) has entered the U.S. credit card market with the launch of its new Samsung Galaxy Card, directly competing with Apple Card. Issued by Barclays (BCS) and operating on the Visa (V) network, the Galaxy Card offers seamless integration with Samsung Wallet, enabling users to store it alongside other digital payment methods and identification. Cardholders can earn a generous 5% cash reward on purchases made directly with Samsung, 3% cash rewards on transactions through Samsung Wallet, 2% on various streaming services, and 1% on all other purchases. Applications for the Samsung Galaxy Card will be accepted starting July 22, marking a significant step in Samsung's expansion into financial services.
