On Monday, January 12, 2026, music icon Mary J. Blige officially revealed her inaugural Las Vegas residency, 'Mary J. Blige: My Life, My Story,' to her eager fans through social media. The residency is set to launch in May 2026 at the prestigious Dolby Live at Park MGM. Blige expressed her long-held desire to create such a show, emphasizing the opportunity to unite fans from diverse backgrounds for a collective experience. She hinted that the performances would transcend a typical concert, incorporating theatrical elements and a storyline where music serves as the narrative backbone, complemented by actors. The nine-time Grammy winner also mentioned her plans to perform many songs that have not yet graced her live shows.

Tickets for this highly anticipated 10-date residency will be available to the general public starting Friday, January 16, 2026, at 10 a.m. PT/1 p.m. ET via Ticketmaster. However, Citi / AAdvantage cardmembers will have early access to purchase tickets through CitiEntertainment.com on Tuesday, January 13, at 1 p.m. ET. A pre-sale for artist fans begins Wednesday, January 14, at 10 a.m. PT. Additionally, members of MGM Rewards, Live Nation, and Ticketmaster customers can access a pre-sale starting Thursday, January 15, at 10 a.m. PT. All pre-sales conclude on Thursday, January 15, at 10 p.m. PT. All shows are scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. PT.

This announcement follows Blige's successful 'For My Fans Tour' and the release of her concert film, 'Mary J. Blige: For My Fans.' Beyond the residency, she is also preparing for the premiere of her Lifetime original movie, 'Be Happy,' on February 7, featuring Tisha Campbell, Mekhi Phifer, and Russel Hornsby.
