Understanding their motivations for engaging with AI tools—whether for academic help, emotional support, or entertainment—can provide valuable insights into their needs and inform more effective strategies. This understanding allows parents to guide their children toward healthier alternatives and develop essential life skills, ensuring that technology serves as a beneficial tool rather than a dependency.
