Musical Journey: Key Dates and Performers for the Outlaw Music Festival

The 2026 Outlaw Music Festival is slated for a summer run, commencing on July 3rd at the Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory in Irving, Texas, and culminating on August 30th at the Albany Med Health System at SPAC in Saratoga Springs, New York. This year's iteration boasts a total of 12 captivating shows, a deliberate reduction from the 26 concerts in 2024 and 36 in 2025, highlighting an exclusive opportunity for fans to witness the living legend. While Bob Dylan, a prominent figure in the 2024 and 2025 tours, will not be participating, the festival proudly presents an impressive roster of artists. Audiences can look forward to performances by The Avett Brothers, Lukas Nelson, Wilco, Sheryl Crow, Margo Price, Robert Randolph, and Don Was and the Pan-Detroit Ensemble. Willie Nelson himself is the sole artist confirmed for all 12 dates, ensuring his iconic presence throughout the tour. In addition to the festival, Nelson will embark on a pre-Outlaw mini-tour starting April 22nd in Birmingham, Alabama, concluding on May 2nd in New Braunfels, Texas, further treating fans to his timeless music. Coinciding with these live events, Nelson is also preparing for the release of his latest solo album, "Dream Chaser," on May 29th, which features the track "I Can't Read Your Mind," co-written with Bob Dylan.

This year's Outlaw Music Festival offers a unique chance to celebrate the enduring legacy of Willie Nelson and experience the magic of live music from an esteemed group of artists. The more intimate setting of the tour underscores the preciousness of each performance, fostering a deeper connection between the musicians and their devoted audience.
