Embark on the "A Rising Tide" quest within Arc Raiders' Shrouded Sky update, a mission that takes players through the newly introduced Controlled Access Zone in Dam Battlegrounds. While this quest is relatively straightforward compared to others, it requires careful navigation through both the Buried City and Dam Battlegrounds to uncover essential information.

The initial phase of the quest involves locating the foreman's barricaded apartment, a task that presents a unique navigational challenge. Situated in the north tower of Piazza Roma, the apartment's entrance is obstructed, necessitating an unconventional approach. Players can either ascend the stairs and strategically descend onto a platform nestled between the buildings, or opt for a more dynamic method: utilizing a zipline. By heading to the rooftops to the east and taking the zipline that connects Piazza Roma's two towers, players can then precisely drop onto the platform on their right as they traverse the gap. Once inside the apartment, interacting with the terminal to access the foreman's digital logbook will advance the quest.

Following the successful retrieval of the logbook, the next objective is to reach the Power Generation Complex and gain entry into the Controlled Access Zone. This part of the mission is set in the Dam Battlegrounds. Players must first arrive at the Power Generation Complex in the northern sector. From there, the journey continues southwest to the Controlled Access Zone. The entry point to this area is a distinct ladder, prominently marked on the map provided, which leads downwards into the zone, signifying the completion of this stage.

The final segment of "A Rising Tide" requires players to locate a whiteboard containing important notes within the Controlled Access Zone and capture a photo of it. The path to this whiteboard involves descending the ladder, traversing a walkway within a large room featuring a hanging arc, and ultimately entering a room with windows overlooking the area. The whiteboard will be found in this room; a simple interaction with it will conclude the quest.

Navigating the intricacies of the "A Rising Tide" quest in Arc Raiders involves a blend of strategic movement and careful observation. From the unique entry method into the foreman's apartment to traversing the Power Generation Complex and the Controlled Access Zone, each step is crucial. The culmination of these efforts leads to the discovery of vital information, successfully completing this engaging mission in the Shrouded Sky update.
