Jillian Medford, performing as Ian Sweet, is set to release her latest musical creation, 'Shiverstruck,' on July 24th under the Polyvinyl label. This album was conceived and crafted during her time as a children's music instructor and brought to life in collaboration with producer Ben H. Allen. The journey to this new release includes the debut single, 'Criminal Kissing,' which Medford describes as an ode to embracing impulsive decisions, even those with potentially messy emotional aftermaths. Following the success of her 2023 album, 'Sucker,' Ian Sweet will embark on a series of performances, initially supporting American Football on their summer tour, before launching her own headlining shows in October to introduce 'Shiverstruck' to audiences.

Ian Sweet Reveals Album Details and Tour Schedule

Los Angeles musician Jillian Medford, recognized by her stage name Ian Sweet, has officially announced her upcoming album, 'Shiverstruck,' scheduled for a July 24 release through Polyvinyl. Fans can now get a taste of the album with its lead single, 'Criminal Kissing,' a track that Medford describes as a celebration of leaning into chaotic, albeit sometimes regrettable, choices.
